Production and characterization of nanoparticle dispersions of organic semiconductors for potential applications in organic electronics
Muhammad Hassan Sayyad,Fazal Wahab,Zubair Ahmad,Muhammad Shahid,Jamil Anwar Chaudry,Munawar Ali Munawar +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors applied pulsed laser ablation in a liquid to the synthesis of the nanoparticles dispersion of an organic semiconductor cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc).
Journal ArticleDOI
Layer-by-Layer Titanium (IV) Chloride Treatment of TiO 2 Films to Improve Solar Energy Harvesting in Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
TL;DR: In this article, a layer-by-layer titanium (IV) chloride treatment was applied on different layers of TiO2 in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs).
Journal ArticleDOI
Comparative photovoltaic and impedance spectroscopic study on carbon counter electrode based CdS quantum dot sensitized solar cell using polysulfide and iodide/triiodide as redox liquid electrolytes
Sarah Sajjad,Muhammad Hassan Sayyad,Nouman Khan,Tehreem Manzoor,Nazia Nasr,Ramshah Ahmad Toor,Syed Afaq Ali Shah,Zhongyi Guo,Zhongyi Guo +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a comparative study on the quantum dot sensitized solar sells (QDSSCs) using polysulfide and iodide/triiodide as redox liquid electrolytes aimed for the improvement in performance of CdS-sensitized solar cell.
Journal Article
Investigation of Temperature-Dependent Electrical Properties of Tc-CuPc: PCBM Bulk Heterojunction (BHJ) under Dark Conditions
TL;DR: In this paper, an organic bulk heterojunction (BHJ) was fabricated using a blended film containing Copper (II) tetrakis(4 cumylphenoxy)phthalocyanine (Tc CuPc) along with (6,6) Phenyl C61 butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM).
Journal Article
Fabrication and Characterization of Al/Methyl Orange/n-Si Heterojunction Diode
TL;DR: In this article, the I-V characteristics of the organic semiconductor methyl orange (MO) were investigated for the first time for its el ectronic applications, and the diode par ameters such as rectification ratio (RR), turn on voltage (V turn on), reverse saturation current (I0), ideality factor (n), barrier height ( b φ ), series resistance (Rs) and shunt resistance ( Rsh) were also extracted and verified by applying Cheung's function.
