TL;DR: In this paper, a vane of a centrifugal machine arranges a boss 2 at the rotation center thereof and has a hub 3, a blade 4, and a shroud 5, and the shape of the blade 4 seen from the top face is so that a tangent line at an arbitrary point from the outer diameter of the shroud 5 on the line opposite to the rotational direction of a blade 401 to the core inner diameter has a cross point inside than the inner diameter of shroud 5.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make fluid performance better and try to increase wind quantity and reduce noises by forming a shroud so that the dimension in rotary shaft direction with a hub is gradually smaller toward the outer diameter direction and specifying the shapes of a blade in the rotational direction side of adjacent blades and of a blade on the anti-rotation side. SOLUTION: A vane of a centrifugal machine arranges a boss 2 at the rotation center thereof and has a hub 3, a blade 4, and shroud 5. An outer diameter DH1 of the hub 3 is greater than an inner diameter ds1 of the shroud 5, distances Y1 to Y3 in the rotary shaft direction of the shroud 5 and the hub 3 is gradually smaller in the radial direction. The shape of the blade 4 seen from the top face is so that a tangent line at an arbitrary point from the outer diameter of the shroud 5 on the line opposite to the rotational direction of a blade 401 to the core inner diameter and a tangent line at an arbitrary point from the outer diameter of the shroud 5 on the line on the rotational direction side of the blade 40 to the core inner diameter have a cross point inside than the outer diameter of the shroud 5.

TL;DR: In this paper, an angle between a tangent of a pressure surface of a vane and the radial direction at a position, in which a shroud side A-A cross section and a boss side B-B cross-section and a cylindrical surface at an optional radius (r) from the center of rotation intersect each other, is set nearly equal to each other.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the distribution of speeds by inclining a line of intersection of a cylindrical surface around the center of an impeller and a pressure surface (negative pressure surface) of a vane in relation to a rotary shaft, and forming an angle between the pressure surface (negative pressure surface) of the vane and the radial direction in the line of intersection nearly equal over the whole in the height direction. SOLUTION: In a blower, in which a suction guide 9 is inserted into a suction part of an impeller 5 and the impeller 5 is driven for rotation by a motor 4, an angle between a tangent of a pressure surface of a vane and the radial direction at a position, in which a shroud side A-A cross section and a boss side B-B cross section and a cylindrical surface at an optional radius (r) from the center of rotation intersect each other, is set nearly equal to each other in a cylindrical surface having a radius (r). An E-E cross section of the vane in the cylindrical surface having the radius (r) is set at a nearly constant angle of inclination in relation to a rotary shaft of the impeller. With this structure, peeling of a flow at a vane inlet shroud side is restrained by the rotation of the impeller 5, and the distribution of speed is uniformized so as to improve the performance and lower the generation of noise.

TL;DR: In this article, a low-noise propeller fan of a low manufacturing cost was proposed by improving the rigidity of fan blades in the axial and radial directions thereof and reducing the thickness of the fan blades.
Abstract: A low-noise propeller fan of a low manufacturing cost by improving the rigidity of fan blades (7) in the axial and radial directions thereof and reducing the thickness of the fan blades to as great an extent as possible in spite of the large diameter of the fan, whereby the moldability of and molding time for the material for the propeller fan is improved and reduced respectively, and by minimizing the amount of use of a material the cost of which accounts for a large percentage of the fan manufacturing cost. A plurality of plate type circumferential ribs (4) projecting from acting faces toward the negative pressure side and a plurality of radial ribs (5) projecting from the acting faces toward the negative pressure side are provided on the reverse (negative pressure) side (9) of the fan blades (7), whereby the thickness of the fan blades is reduced, so that the amount of material used decreases. This causes the influence of the ribs upon a flow of the air to be minimized, and the occurrence of noise to be suppressed.

TL;DR: In this article, a spray nozzle mounted on a guide rail is used to spray a cleaning liquid over a heat exchanger in an indoor equipment casing and arranged to make reciprocating motion along the guide rail with a reciprocating means.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general purpose cleaning device for air conditioners whose layout conditions of a heat exchanger to be cleaned are different from each other, and which is commonly serviceable for various types of indoor equipment. SOLUTION: A device main body, which with a spray nozzle mounted which sprays a cleaning liquid over a heat exchanger, is loaded on a guide rail removably provided on both sides in an indoor equipment casing and arranged to make reciprocating motion along the guide rail with a reciprocating means. In this construction, the device main body A is driven by a turning motor 31 and mounts vertically a swivel pipe 26 which serves also as a pressure cleaning liquid feed pipe and connects removably a pipe 29 with a nozzle provided with the spray nozzle 30 to the end of the pipe. A horizontal pipe 28 is connected to the end of the swivel pipe. The pipe 29 with the nozzle can be connected to the end in an erected state. The guide rail should be provided on both sides in the casing with an extension member provided with its bridging level adjusting means.

TL;DR: In this paper, a cleaning scaffold C is provided, surrounding a cleaning receptor 1 placed on a cleaning work floor and including parts to be cleaned placed thereon, and a striding member D is removably provided on the upper part of a beam member 4 facing the striding members.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure automated cleaning without directly troubling a person by removably providing a guide rail between opposite beam members utilizing a striding member, and providing a cleaning nozzle and an apparatus body on the guide rail. SOLUTION: A cleaning scaffold C is provided, surrounding a cleaning receptor 1 placed on a cleaning work floor and including parts to be cleaned placed thereon. A striding member D is removably provided on the upper part of a beam member 4 facing the striding member. A guide rail B is removably provided between the facing beam members 4 utilizing the set of the members D. On the guide rail B there are placed a cleaning nozzle 40 for injecting a cleaning solution on the parts and an apparatus body A including reciprocating means. The apparatus body A is reciprocated on the guide rail B with a predetermined stroke, and injects a cleaning solution on the parts for automated cleaning.
