TL;DR: Evidence is presented that PPAD is capable of autocitrullination and its target site is not restricted to c-terminal peptide arginines and may form part of the anticitrullinated protein antigen response seen in this disease, thus substantiating a possible link between PD and RA.

TL;DR: Addition of low-dose LEF is a potent safe alternative for the patients showing unsatisfactory response to current medicines, but need to pay attention for liver function and infection caused by leukopenia, especially with MTX.
