Journal ArticleDOI

Dengue virus NS5 degrades ERC1 during infection to antagonize NF-kB activation.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors identify a viral mechanism to limit NF-κB activation and cytokine secretion by the DENV protein NS5 using proteomics, and they find that NS5 binds and degrades the host protein ERC1 to antagonize NFα activation, limit proinflammatory cytokine synthesis, and reduce cell migration.
Journal ArticleDOI

Analysis of the Genome Architecture of Lacticaseibacillus paracasei UNQLpc 10, a Strain with Oenological Potential as a Malolactic Starter

TL;DR: The genome of UNQLpc10 is the first whole assembled genome of an oenological strain of Lcb. paracasei reported in databases as mentioned in this paper , which is of great interest inexpanding the knowledge of diversity of oenology lactic acid bacteria and in searching for new candidate species/strains to design starter cultures.
