Non-silicon MEMS platforms for gas sensors
Alexei Vasiliev,Alexei Vasiliev,A. V. Pisliakov,Andrey Sokolov,Nikolay Samotaev,Sergey Soloviev,Konstantin Oblov,V. Guarnieri,Leandro Lorenzelli,J. Brunelli,A. Maglione,A. S. Lipilin,Alexander Mozalev,Andrey Legin,Andrey Legin +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors demonstrated that thin ceramic films made of oxide materials can withstand annealing temperature up to 1000°C, and that these films can be used for non-silicon MEMS platforms.
Journal ArticleDOI
Metal-oxide gas sensor high-selective to ammonia
TL;DR: The specific feature of the design consists in using pulsed sensor heating as the main factor for improved selectivity to ammonia.
Journal ArticleDOI
MIS-Field Effect sensors for low concentration of H2S for environmental monitoring
TL;DR: In this paper, it was found that metal insulator Semiconductor Field Effect (MIS-FE) sensors with structures Pd-Si3N4-SiO2-SiSi and Pd -Ta2O5-Si O2 O2 insulator have sufficient concentration resolution to H2S gas and acceptable response time in mixture of H 2S gas with air.
Journal ArticleDOI
Gas Sensor System for the Determination of Methane in Water
Alexei Vasiliev,A. V. Pisliakov,Andrey Sokolov,O.V. Polovko,Nikolay Samotaev,Wojciech Kujawski,Anna Rozicka,V. Guarnieri,L. Lorencelli +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a system consisting of metal oxide gas sensor separated from water by hydrophobic pervaporation membrane was reported, which was based on multilayer SiO2/Si3N4 film equipped with platinum heater.
Journal ArticleDOI
Wi-Fi Wireless Digital Sensor Matrix for Environmental Gas Monitoring
TL;DR: An open access Wi-Fi wireless system for environmental gas monitoring based on different types of gas sensors with SPI digital output based on digital sensors matrix giving possibility to work with any type of sensors.
