Differential immunogenicity of homologous versus heterologous boost in Ad26.COV2.S vaccine recipients.
Nicholas Khoo Kim Huat,Joey Ming Er Lim,Upkar S. Gill,Ruklanthi de Alwis,Nicole Tan,Justin Zhen Nan Toh,Jane E. Abbott,Carla Usai,Eng Eong Ooi,Jenny G. Low,Jenny G. Low,Nina Le Bert,Patrick T F Kennedy,Antonio Bertoletti,Antonio Bertoletti +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied Spike-specific humoral and cellular immunity in Ad26.COV2.S vaccinated individuals and found that a strategy of heterologous vaccination enhanced the quantity and breadth of both, Spikespecific Humoral and Cellular immunity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Quest for immunological biomarkers in the management of CHB patients
Antonio Bertoletti,Nina Le Bert +1 more
TL;DR: Chisari et al. as discussed by the authors measured the capacity of the HB-specific CD8T cells in either acute and CHB patients, and found that the ability of these cells to recover after functional cure was inversely correlated with their ability to produce cytokines directly ex vivo.
