Prognostic significance of L-type amino acid transporter 1 expression in resectable stage I–III nonsmall cell lung cancer

TL;DR: L-type amino acid transporter 1 expression is a promising pathological factor to predict the prognosis in patients with resectable stage I–III NSCLC and was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis and disease stage.
Journal ArticleDOI

Metabolic activity by 18 F–FDG-PET/CT is predictive of early response after nivolumab in previously treated NSCLC

TL;DR: Metabolic response by 18F–FDG was effective in predicting efficacy and survival at 1 month after nivolumab treatment and Multivariate analysis confirmed that 18F-FDG uptake after administration of nivlumab was an independent prognostic factor.
Journal ArticleDOI

l‐type amino acid transporter 1 and CD98 expression in primary and metastatic sites of human neoplasms

TL;DR: It is suggested that overexpression of LAT1 and CD98 has an important role to play in the metastatic process of variable human neoplasms and was closely correlated with CD98 expression, angiogenesis, and cell proliferation.
