A Selective Potentiometric Copper (II) Ion Sensor Based on the Functionalized ZnO Nanorods

TL;DR: The Cu2+ ion sensor was fabricated only by immobilizing the selective copper ion ionophore membrane without the use of PVC, plasticizers, additives and stabilizers and the sensor electrode showed a linear potentiometric response with a slope of 56.4 mV/decade.
Journal ArticleDOI

Current-Voltage and Capacitance-Voltage Characteristics of Pd Schottky Diodes Fabricated on ZnO Grown along Zn- and O-Faces

TL;DR: In this paper, temperature dependent currentvoltage (I-V) and capacitance-voltage measurements were utilized to understand the transport mechanism of Pd Schottky diodes fabricated on Zn- and O-faces of ZnO.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electrical characterization and the strain compensation effect and thermal stability of B-doped heterostructures

TL;DR: In this paper, high-resolution reciprocal lattice mapping (HRRLM) and Hall measurements have been used to characterize the strain, the strain compensation effect, thermal stability and electrical properties of B-doped heterostructures.
Journal ArticleDOI

Solar-Driven Photoelectrochemical Performance of Novel ZnO/Ag2WO4/AgBr Nanorods-Based Photoelectrodes.

TL;DR: In this paper, a photoelectrodes based on ZnO/Ag2WO4/AgBr nanorods (NRs) for PEC application is presented, which is prepared by the low-temperature chemical growth method and then by successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method.
