Piero Olliaro,Michel Vaillant,Vincente Belizario,Nicholas J.S. Lwambo,Mohamed Ouldabdallahi,Otávio Sarmento Pieri,Maria Lourdes E. Amarillo,Godfrey M. Kaatano,Mamadou Diaw,AnaLucia C. Domingues,Tereza Cristina Favre,Olivier Lapujade,Fabiana Alves,Lester Chitsulo +13 more
TL;DR: A higher dose of 60 mg/kg of praziquantel offers no significant efficacy advantage over standard 40mg/kg for treating intestinal schistosomiasis caused by either S. mansoni or S. japonicum, and should be used to inform policy decisions in the countries.
