Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic and electrical properties of single-phase multiferroic BiFeO3

TL;DR: In this article, the structural, thermal, microscopic, magnetization, polarization, and dielectric properties of BiFeO3 ceramics synthesized by a rapid liquid-phase sintering technique were reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Impedance spectroscopy of multiferroic Pb Zr x Ti 1 − x O 3 ∕ Co Fe 2 O 4 layered thin films

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of various PZT/CFO configurations having three, five, and nine layers has been systematically investigated by impedance and modulus spectroscopy, and the results showed evidence of three types of conduction process at elevated temperature: (i) low frequency $(l1\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{MHz}$ and (ii) midfrequency conductivity $(l10\phantastic{\rule} 0.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural and optical properties of nanocrystalline Zn1−xMnxO

TL;DR: The multi phonon Raman scattering in Mn doped (1% −10%) ZnO was observed at room temperature using 5145nm Ar+ laser in this article, where additional optical modes at 327, 332, 482, 532, and 680 cm−1 were identified as second order Raman modes in the disordered lattice and the precipitation of the secondary phase ZnMn2O4.
Journal ArticleDOI

Raman scattering studies of p-type Sb-doped ZnO thin films

TL;DR: In this paper, the structural properties of Zn1−xSbxO (3% and 5%) thin films were investigated by Raman scattering studies and the softening of local lattice due to the formation of (SbZn−2VZn) acceptor complexes was detected as the shift in E2high mode toward lower frequency side in ZnSbO thin films.
