Journal ArticleDOI

Enzyme immunosorbant assay of oestradiol in unextracted plasma using penicillinase as label

TL;DR: An enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) for measuring oestradiol directly in plasma without extraction utilizing antibodies raised against oest radiol-3-(O-carboxymethyl) ether-bovine serum albumin conjugate, and oesophageal oxime linked to penicillinase (EC 3.5.2.6) as a marker was developed.
Journal ArticleDOI

A highly specific heterologous enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for measuring testosterone in plasma using antibody-coated immunoassay plates or polypropylene tubes

TL;DR: A highly specific and sensitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, using a heterologous combination of antiserum raised against testosterone-3-(O-carboxymethyl) oxime-bovine serum albumin and penicillinase-labeled testosterone-11 beta-car boxymethyl ether, was developed for measuring testosterone in human plasma.
