Book ChapterDOI

Light scattering in protein solutions.

TL;DR: This chapter focuses on the application of the light scattering method to the characterization and interaction of proteins in solution and describes other macromolecular systems, particularly polymer solutions and dispersions of spherical particles.
Journal ArticleDOI

Self-complementary oligoribonucleotides: Adenylic acid-uridylic acid block copolymers

TL;DR: Ultraviolet spectra, concentration dependence of Tm, hypochromicity on melting and sedimentation coefficients provided the evidence for the conclusions that individual oligonucleotides were shown to form bimolecular helical complexes in solution when m < n multichain aggregates containing some triple-stranded helical regions form.
