TL;DR: In a multi-level mixed effects model more frequent physical activity and participation in sport were both found to independently contribute to greater well-being and lower levels of anxiety and depressive symptoms in both sexes.

TL;DR: Suicide rates have tended to decrease more in European countries where there has been a greater increase in the use of antidepressants, underline the importance of the appropriate use of antidepressant as part of routine care for people diagnosed with depression, therefore reducing the risk of suicide.
