Journal ArticleDOI

Identification of compounds that enhance the anti-lymphoma activity of rituximab using flow cytometric high-content screening.

TL;DR: The FC-HCS technique was relatively simple and reliable and could process up to 1000 samples/day on a single flow cytometer and identify 15 compounds from the Diversity Set that significantly enhanced the ability of rituximab to inhibit cell cycle progression and induce apoptosis in lymphoma cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Data standards for flow cytometry.

TL;DR: A standardized approach to capturing, analyzing, and disseminating FCM data that will facilitate both more complex analyses and analysis of datasets that could not previously be efficiently studied is implemented.
Journal ArticleDOI

IL-2 production correlates with effector cell differentiation in HIV-specific CD8+ T cells

TL;DR: IL-2 production from antigen-specific CD8+ T cells correlates with effector cell differentiation of those cells, and there was a significant correlation between the absolute number of HIV-specificCD8+ IL-2- T cells and HIV- specific CD8- CD27- CD28- CD45RA+ terminal effector cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Modeling individual variation in biomarker response to combination immunosuppression with stimulated lymphocyte responses-potential clinical implications.

TL;DR: The data suggest that pharmacodynamic evaluation of immunosuppressive agents with biomarkers may be an efficient process with which to characterize immunosppressive effect of combination agents in individual patients and in patient populations.
