Journal ArticleDOI

Physiology-based ERPs in normal and abnormal states.

TL;DR: A unified treatment of predicted ERPs for both normal and abnormal states within the brain’s stability zone is provided, including likely parameters to represent abnormal states of reduced arousal.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fundamental emission via wave advection from a collapsing wave packet in electromagnetic strong plasma turbulence

TL;DR: In this article, a new mechanism applies in which energy oscillates between trapped Langmuir and transverse modes until collapse is arrested, after which trapped transverse waves are advected into incoherent interpacket turbulence by an expanding annular density well.
Journal ArticleDOI

Importance of self-connections for brain connectivity and spectral connectomics

TL;DR: It is found that omission of fCM self-connections affects both local and long-range connections in eCMs, so they cannot be omitted even when studying the large-scale, and the present results imply that such fCMs must have self-Connections restored before eC Ms can be inferred from them.
Book ChapterDOI

Roles Played by Electrostatic Waves in Producing Radio Emissions

TL;DR: In this article, it is shown that strict theoretical constraints exist for electrons to produce nonthermal levels of radiation directly by the Cerenkov or cyclotron resonances, while indirect emission processes in which intermediary plasma waves are converted into radiation are often favored on general and specific grounds.
