Journal ArticleDOI
Magnetic behaviour and structural chemistry of ternary gallides RECuxGa4−x(RE = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd)
TL;DR: In this paper, X-ray powder diffraction analysis confirmed isotypism with the crystal structure of BaAl4 for all the early rare earth members RE ; La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm and Gd.
Journal ArticleDOI
Single-crystal X-ray and powder neutron diffraction of ThB2C (ThB2C-type)
Peter Rogl,Peter M. Fischer +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the crystal structure of ThB 2 C was determined using single-crystal X-ray and powder neutron diffraction data; the structure was solved by Patterson methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares calculation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Absence of time-reversal symmetry breaking in the noncentrosymmetric superconductor Mo 3 Al 2 C
TL;DR: In this paper, Bauer et al. proposed a method for Muon Spin Spectroscopy (MSS) based on spin spin spectroscopy and showed that spin spin sparsification can be used to detect Muon spin spectra.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of Fe alloying on the thermoelectric performance of Cu2Te
Shriparna Mukherjee,Rajasekar Parasuraman,Arun M. Umarji,Gerda Rogl,Gerda Rogl,Peter Rogl,Peter Rogl,Kamanio Chattopadhyay +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed to improve the thermoelectric transport properties of Cu2Te by alloying with Fe atoms, and the results showed that the substitution of Fe atoms not only helped to control the high hole carrier concentration but also restricted the cationic diffusion.
Journal ArticleDOI
Crystal and Electronic Structure of the Novel Layered Rare Earth Metal Boride Carbide Gd2B3C2
TL;DR: In this article, the crystal structure of Gd[sub 2]B[sub 3]C[sub 1] was determined from single-crystal X-ray counter data, which is related to the structure type of YB[sup [6Y+C,2]C [sup [4Y+B], which lacks the nonmetal atom linking the carbon-branched boron zigzag chains.
