Journal ArticleDOI

Serum luteal phase progesterone in women undergoing frozen embryo transfer in assisted conception: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

TL;DR: In this article, the association between luteal serum progesterone levels and frozen embryo transfer (FET) outcomes was investigated, and it was shown that there may be a minimum clinically important level required to ensure an optimal endocrine milieu during embryo implantation and early pregnancy after FET treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evaluation of serum inhibin A as a surveillance marker after conservative management of tubal pregnancy.

TL;DR: It is suggested that inhibin A will not be a useful marker for PEP but that it may provide a more accurate preoperative assessment of trophoblast viability than HCG, thereby improving management.
Journal ArticleDOI

Different influence of incongruent follicular development on in vitro fertilization–embryo transfer and gamete intrafallopian transfer pregnancy rates

TL;DR: Incongruent follicular development during COH has a significantly negative influence on the outcome of GIFT cycles but not on the outcomes of IVF-ET cycles, and an inverse relationship was observed between the degree of incongruity and the estimated probability of pregnancy in GIFT cycle but not in IVF -ET cycles.
Journal ArticleDOI

A casemix cost comparison of 2 treatments for ectopic pregnancy

TL;DR: A retrospective cost comparison between laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy and conventional laparotomy under casemix funding has been performed, with a total mean cost of $2,930 and $4,259 per patient.
