Scattering of electromagnetic wave by perfect electromagnetic conductor (PEMC) sphere placed in chiral media

TL;DR: In this paper, a theoretical investigation has been carried out for electromagnetic waves scattering from a perfect electromagnetic conductor (PEMC) sphere which is placed in chiral media, and the results are compared with available published literatures which are in good agreement.
Journal ArticleDOI

Radiation properties of a uniaxial chiral quadratic inhomogeneous slab under oblique incidence

TL;DR: In this article, the authors derived analytical field expressions at caustic or focal point of uniaxial quadratic inhomogeneous slab have been solved numerically using MATHEMATICA.
Journal ArticleDOI

Scattering of electromagnetic plane wave from a perfect electric conducting strip placed at interface of topological insulator–chiral medium

TL;DR: In this article, a perfect electric conducting strip located at planar interface of topological insulator (TI)-chiral medium is investigated using the Kobayashi potential method, the resulting expressions are then combined with algebraic equations to express the weighting function in terms of expansion coefficients, these expansion coefficients are then substituted in remaining dual integral equations (DIEs).
Journal ArticleDOI

Scattering of electromagnetic spherical wave by a perfectly conducting disk

TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the scattering of electromagnetic spherical wave by a perfectly conducting circular disk by using the method of Kobayashi potential (abbreviated as KP method).
Journal ArticleDOI

High Frequency Expressions for the Field in the Caustic Region of a Parabolic Reflector Coated with Isotropic Chiral Medium

TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of thickness of chiral layer, chirality parameter of the chiral medium, and permittivity of the medium were studied for a parabolic reflector using Maslov's method.
