Journal ArticleDOI
Two-Photon-Pumped Perovskite Semiconductor Nanocrystal Lasers.
Yanqing Xu,Qi Chen,Chunfeng Zhang,Rui Wang,Hua Wu,Xiaoyu Zhang,Guichuan Xing,William W. Yu,Xiaoyong Wang,Yu Zhang,Min Xiao +10 more
TL;DR: Stable two-photon-pumped lasing is demonstrated at a remarkable low threshold by coupling CsPbBr3 nanocrystals with microtubule resonators and these findings suggest perovskite nanocry crystals can be used as excellent gain medium for high-performance frequency-up-conversion lasers toward practical applications.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficient lead acetate sourced planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells with enhanced substrate coverage via one-step spin-coating
Cong Li,Qiang Guo,Wenyuan Qiao,Qi Chen,Shuang Ma,Xu Pan,Fuzhi Wang,Jianxi Yao,Chunfeng Zhang,Min Xiao,Songyuan Dai,Zhan'ao Tan +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, a planar heterojunction (PHJ) perovskite solar cells (PerSCs) using lead acetate (Pb(Ac)2) as a lead precursor is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Environmental-Friendly Urea Additive Induced Large Perovskite Grains for High Performance Inverted Solar Cells
Liang Han,Shan Cong,Hao Yang,Yanhui Lou,Hui Wang,Jianwen Huang,Jiang Zhu,Yang Wu,Qi Chen,Biao Zhang,Labao Zhang,Guifu Zou +11 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Demonstration of measuring sea fog with an SNSPD-based Lidar system.
Jiang Zhu,Yajun Chen,Labao Zhang,Xiaoqing Jia,Zhijun Feng,Ganhua Wu,Xiachao Yan,Jiquan Zhai,Yang Wu,Qi Chen,Xiaoying Zhou,Zhizhong Wang,Chi Zhang,Lin Kang,Jian Chen,Peiheng Wu +15 more
TL;DR: A Long-distance Lidar for sea fog with superconducting nanowire single-photon detector (SNSPD), which extended the ranging area to a 180-km diameter area and was close to the theoretical limit for sea Fog measurements for extremely high signal-to-noise ratio of SNSPD.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficient thermal conductance in organometallic perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 films
Qi Chen,Chunfeng Zhang,Mengya Zhu,Shenghua Liu,Mark E. Siemens,Shuai Gu,Jia Zhu,Jiancang Shen,Xinglong Wu,Chen Liao,Jiayu Zhang,Xiaoyong Wang,Min Xiao,Min Xiao,Min Xiao +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors show that perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 films have a remarkably efficient thermal conductance, with a conductivity of 11.2 ± 0.8 W m−1 K−1 at room temperature.
