Journal ArticleDOI

Current-induced magnetic skyrmions oscillator

TL;DR: In this paper, a spin transfer nano-oscillators (STNOs) using magnetic skyrmions is proposed, which can be excited into oscillation by a spin-polarized current.
Journal ArticleDOI

Propagating and reflecting of spin wave in permalloy nanostrip with 360° domain wall

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the interaction between a spin wave and a 360° domain wall in a nanostrip and found that the spin wave can drive the domain wall motion.
Journal ArticleDOI

Phase locking of moving magnetic vortices in bridge-coupled nanodisks

TL;DR: In this article, the phase locking dynamics of vortices induced by spin transfer torque in bridge-coupled nanodisks are studied by micromagnetic simulations, and the phase difference between the two vortexices keeps at a nonzero value after the phase lock.
Journal ArticleDOI

Micromagnetic simulation for detection of magnetic nanobeads by spin torque oscillator

TL;DR: In this paper, a spin torque oscillator was used to detect magnetic nanobeads with a frequency shift of 1.2 GHz and a maximum linewidth of 28 MHz.
Journal ArticleDOI

Current-induced domain wall motion in nanostrip–nanobars system

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of nanobars on domain wall motion, the DW depinning energy and the Walker limit uw at different parameters are discussed systematically, and the authors show that a domain wall can withstand a high current density (above A/cm2) to maintain structural stability, but the domain wall velocity cannot be increased markedly.
