La6BaYCu8O20: A New Oxygen Deficient Perovskite

Tunable VO2/Au hyperbolic metamaterial

TL;DR: In this article, thin films of VO 2 and lamellar VO 2 /Au metamaterials were fabricated and studied, and the optical properties of these materials were shown to be consistent with the transition between hyperbolic and metallic phases occurring at elevated temperatures.

A reduced neodymium titanate with a new intergrowth structure type

TL;DR: In this article, single crystals of a new reduced neodymium titanate, Nd[sub 3]Ti[sub 4]O[sub 12], have been obtained by slow cooling of a reduced Nd-Ti-O-O ceramic precursor in a molten borate flux under high vacuum.
