Journal ArticleDOI

Identification of projectile sequential decay and incomplete fusion in the /sup 16/O+/sup 28/Si, /sup 16/O+/sup 27/Al, and /sup 10/B+/sup 27/Al systems at 4--5 MeV/nucleon

TL;DR: Two sequential processes have been clearly identified, namely, projectile sequential decay and incomplete fusion followed by particle reemission in in-plane angular correlations in /sup 28/Si, /sup 27/Al, and /sup 10/B,/sup 6/Li ..cap alpha..
Journal ArticleDOI

“Elastic fission” of very light nuclear systems

TL;DR: In this article, the binary decay of very light nuclear systems into the ground state exit channel was investigated for light heavy-ion collisions at energies ranging from the Coulomb barrier up to $\ensuremath{\sim}4 \mathrm{MeV}$ per nucleon.
