Journal ArticleDOI

Human adenine nucleotide translocases physically and functionally interact with respirasomes.

TL;DR: A network of interactions for human adenine nucleotide translocases, required for oxidative phosphorylation, is reported, and of particular interest is an evolutionarily conserved and functionally important association with respiratory supercomplexes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development of a multiplexed targeted mass spectrometry assay for LRRK2-phosphorylated Rabs and Ser910/Ser935 biomarker sites.

TL;DR: In this article, a multiplexed targeted mass spectrometry (MS) was used to quantify endogenous levels of LRRK2-phosphorylated Rab substrates (Rab1, Rab3, Rab8, Rab10, Rab35 and Rab43).
Posted ContentDOI

Development of a multiplexed targeted mass spectrometry assay for LRRK2 phosphorylated Rabs and Ser910/Ser935 biomarker sites

TL;DR: A new, multiplexed targeted mass spectrometry assay is described and validated to quantify endogenous levels of LRRK2-phosphorylated Rab substrates and demonstrates that in Parkinson’s patients with VPS35[D620N] mutations, phosphorylation of multiple Rab proteins is elevated.
