An Efficient One-Pot Multicomponent Synthesis of 4-Aza-Podophyllotoxin Derivatives in Ionic Liquid
TL;DR: In this paper, a simple, green, and efficient procedure for the synthesis of 4-aza-podophyllotoxin derivatives by using a one-pot three-component reaction of benzaldehydes, 1,3-cyclohexanediones, and anilinolactones in the presence of catalytic amount of alum in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium triflate as green media is described.
Journal ArticleDOI
Bargellini condensation of ninhydrin as a ketone and substituted anilines as nucleophiles
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of α-amino acids based on ninhydrin were synthesized by using various substituted anilines as nucleophiles with Ninhydrin in the presence of chloroform and NaOH as base.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficient Synthesis of Spiro[chromeno[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐5,3′‐indoline]‐tetraones by a One‐Pot and Three‐Component Reaction.
TL;DR: In this paper, a three-component condensation reaction of barbituric acids, isatins and cyclohexane-1,3-diones in refluxing water in the presence of p-TSA for 10 h is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reaction of Phthalhydrazide and Acetylenedicarboxylates in the Presence of N‐Heterocycles: An Efficient Synthesis of Phthalazine Derivatives.
TL;DR: Some new phthalazine derivatives were prepared by reaction of phthalhydrazide and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates in the presence of N-heterocycles.
