Nickel-Salen supported paramagnetic nanoparticles for 6-His-target recombinant protein affinity purification

TL;DR: Manganese ferrite magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were synthesized through a co-precipitation method and conveniently surface-modified with tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) in order to prevent oxidation and form high density of hydroxyl groups and were used efficiently to enrich recombinant histidine-tagged (His- tagged) protein-A from bacterial cell lysate.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electrically conductive carbon‐based (bio)‐nanomaterials for cardiac tissue engineering

TL;DR: In this paper , a review of the use of carbon-based nanoparticles in cardiac tissue engineering emphasizing their conductivity is presented, and the most commonly used conductive substrates comprising graphene, graphene oxide, carbon nanotubes, and carbon nanofibers in cardiac repair are studied.
Journal ArticleDOI

Three‐component synthesis of spiro[indoline‐3,5′‐pyrimido[4,5‐b]quinoline]‐triones in water

TL;DR: In this article, a one-pot, three-component method for the efficient and simple synthesis of novel 2′-amino-8′,9′-dihydro-3′H-spiro[indoline-3,5′-pyrimido[4,5-b]quinoline]-2,4′,6′(7′H,10′H)-trione derivatives in aqueous media is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

An Efficient One-Pot Synthesis of 1H-Pyrazolo[1,2-b]phthalazine-5,10-dione Derivatives.

TL;DR: An efficient three-component, one-pot condensation reaction between phthalhydrazide, aromatic aldehydes, and malononitrile or ethyl cyanoacetate for the synthesis of 1 H-pyrazolo[1,2-B]phthalazine-5,10-dione derivatives in excellent yields is reported in this article.
