Journal ArticleDOI
Immune microenvironment characterisation and dynamics during anti-HER2-based neoadjuvant treatment in HER2-positive breast cancer.
Gaia Griguolo,Garazi Serna,Tomás Pascual,Roberta Fasani,Xavier Guardia,Nuria Chic,Laia Paré,Sonia Pernas,Montse Muñoz,Mafalda Oliveira,Maria Vidal,Antonio Llombart-Cussac,J. Cortés,Patricia Galván,Begoña Bermejo,N. Martínez,Ramon Lopez,Serafin Morales,I Garau,Luis Manso,J. Alarcón,E Martínez,Patricia Villagrasa,Aleix Prat,Paolo Nuciforo +24 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated changes in tumour-immune contexture, as assessed by stromal tumourinfiltrating lymphocytes (sTILs) and by multiplexed spatial cellular phenotyping, during treatment with lapatinib-trastuzumab in HER2+ BC patients (PAMELA trial).
Journal ArticleDOI
The proton temperature and the total hourly variance of the magnetic field components in different solar wind speed regions
TL;DR: In this paper, a comparison between the predictions of the theory for radial variations of both Alfvenic fluctuations and solar wind proton temperatures proposed by Tu (1987, 1988) and the statistical results of hourly averaged plasma and magnetic field data observed by Helios 1 and 2 from launch through 1980 for different solar wind speed regimes was made.
Journal ArticleDOI
Investigation of the viscous potential using an MHD simulation
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used the Lyon-Fedder-Mobarry (LFM) magnetohydrodynamic simulation to study the response of the viscous potential to a variety of ideal conditions both in the solar wind and the ionosphere.
Journal ArticleDOI
Sustainable economic development: on the coexistence of resource-dependent and resource-impacting industries.
TL;DR: In this article, the interaction between harvesters and industries that can have important impacts on the renewable resource, but whose production does not depend on it, is studied in the context of a growing economy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Active learning for advanced students: The Center for Integrated Space Weather Modeling graduate summer school
Ramon Lopez,N. A. Gross +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors describe an innovative application of a variety of active engagement techniques at the graduate summer school conducted by the Center for Integrated Space Weather Modeling, a Science and Technology Center funded by the National Science Foundation.
