TL;DR: A high comorbidity rate is reported in generalized osteoarthritis (GOA) in comparison to an age- and sex matched control group, and cluster analysis allowed us to identify different comorbbidity subsets for vascular, gastrointestinal and malignant gynaecological disorders.
