Intercombination lines in delayed beam-foil spectra
TL;DR: In this article, the intrinsic time resolution of the beam-foil light source has been utilized in order to single out and to identify intercombination lines in the Mg i, Al i, and Si i isoelectronic sequences for ions with nuclear charge Z = 18-30 (Ar, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, and Zn).
Journal ArticleDOI
Systematic Calculations of Energy Levels and Transition Rates of Be-like Ions with Z=10–30 Using a Combined Configuration Interaction and Many-body Perturbation Theory Approach
Kai Wang,Kai Wang,X. L. Guo,X. L. Guo,H. T. Liu,D. F. Li,F. Y. Long,Xiao-Ying Han,B. Duan,J. G. Li,M. Huang,M. Huang,Y. S. Wang,Y. S. Wang,Roger Hutton,Roger Hutton,Yaming Zou,Yaming Zou,Jiaolong Zeng,Chong Yang Chen,Chong Yang Chen,Jun Yan +21 more
TL;DR: In this article, the energy levels and radiative rates for transitions among the lowest 116 fine-structure levels arising from the configurations in Be-like ions with Z = 10-30 were calculated using the combined configuration interaction and many-body perturbation method.
Journal ArticleDOI
EXTENDED RELATIVISTIC CONFIGURATION INTERACTION AND MANY-BODY PERTURBATION CALCULATIONS OF SPECTROSCOPIC DATA FOR THE N 6 CONFIGURATIONS IN Ne-LIKE IONS BETWEEN Cr XV AND Kr XXVII

TL;DR: Level energies, wavelengths, electric dipole, magnetic dipoles, electric quadrupole, and magnetic quadrupoles transition rates, oscillator strengths, and line strengths from combined relativistic con...
Journal ArticleDOI
MCDF calculations for the lowest excited states in the Zn-like sequence*
Yong Liu,Yong Liu,Roger Hutton,Roger Hutton,Yaming Zou,Yaming Zou,Martin Andersson,Tomas Brage +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, a large scale ab initio calculation for the 4s(2) S-1(0)-4s4p P-1,3(0,1,2) transitions in the zinc-like sequence was performed using the multiconfiguration Dirac Fock (MCDF) method.
Journal ArticleDOI
ATOMIC-LEVEL PSEUDO-DEGENERACY of ATOMIC LEVELS GIVING TRANSITIONS INDUCED by MAGNETIC FIELDS, of IMPORTANCE for DETERMINING the FIELD STRENGTHS in the SOLAR CORONA
Wenxian Li,Wenxian Li,Yang Yang,Yang Yang,Bingsheng Tu,Bingsheng Tu,Jun Xiao,Jun Xiao,Jon Grumer,Tomas Brage,Tetsuya Watanabe,Roger Hutton,Roger Hutton,Yaming Zou,Yaming Zou +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured the degree of pseudo-degeneracy between two fine-structure levels in Fe9+ from line intensity ratios involving a transition induced by an external magnetic field.
