A Novel Automatic 3D Stitching Algorithm for Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography and Its Application in Dermatology.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors developed an automated 3D stitching method for creating high-resolution skin structure and vascular volumes with large field of view, which was realized by montaging multiple adjacent OCT and OCTA volumes.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Characterization of local fluid flow in 3D porous construct characterized by Fourier domain Doppler optical coherence tomography

TL;DR: In this study a Fourier domain Doppler optical coherent tomography (FD-DOCT) system working at 1300nm with a bandwidth of 50nm has been used to determine the local flow rate inside different types of porous scaffolds used in tissue engineering.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Chicken embryo outflow tract flow measurement using 840-nm and 1300-nm ultra-high speed spectral optical coherence tomography

TL;DR: In this paper, two spectral optical coherence tomography setups were built in a lab with different central wavelength, i.e. 840nm and 1300nm, to monitor the blood flow within the outflow tract of an early stage chicken embryo.
Journal ArticleDOI

A feasibility study of OCT for anatomical and vascular phenotyping of mouse embryo

TL;DR: This letter tests the feasibility of optical coherence tomography (OCT) as a high‐throughput phenotyping tool for murine embryos and suggests that OCT imaging can be useful for comprehensively assessing embryo anatomy and angiography of genetically engineered mice.
