Journal ArticleDOI

Fourier analysis of magnetophonon and two-dimensional Shubnikov-de Haas magnetoresistance structure

TL;DR: In this paper, the Fourier analysis of the magnetophonon spectrum for n-Ge and n-GaAs has been applied to study the subnikov-de Haas effect in MOS devices.
Journal ArticleDOI

Far infrared photoconductivity from majority and minority impurities in high purity Si and Ge

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of intrinsic illumination on the far infrared photoconductivity of high purity Si and Ge were studied and it was shown that one of the donors in Ge is highly sensitive to heat treatment, suggesting that it arises from lattice defects rather than chemical impurities.
Journal ArticleDOI

The magnetophonon effect in epitaxial films of n-type inp

TL;DR: In this article, up to eleven magnetophonon peaks are observed in the transverse magnetoresistance of high purity epitaxial films of n-type inp at temperatures between 77 and 300 k.
Journal ArticleDOI

A study of intervalley scattering in n-Si by the magnetophonon effect

TL;DR: In this paper, the magnetophonon effect was observed for the first time in n-type silicon and Fourier analysis revealed at least seven different series for B '100 and four series for b '111.
Journal ArticleDOI

A study of intervalley scattering in n-Si by stress-dependent longitudinal magnetophonon resonance

TL;DR: In this paper, the stress dependence of the amplitude and position of the magnetophonon extrema of n -Si was employed to distinguish the f - and g -type intervalley scattering series.
