Hole mass measurement in p-type InP and GaP by submillimetre cyclotron resonance in pulsed magnetic fields

TL;DR: In this article, the first cyclotron resonance in p-type InP was reported, where holes were thermally excited at 110 K and the resonance was observed at 337μm wavelength (HCN laser) using a pulsed magnetic field of 0-350 kG.
Journal ArticleDOI

Submillimetre cyclotron resonance of electrons in GaP

TL;DR: In this article, the first cyclotron resonance in n-type GaP was reported, where the electrons were thermally excited at a temperature of 100 K and the resonance was observed at submillimetre wavelengths (337 μm).
Journal ArticleDOI

A study of intervalley scattering in n-Si by stress-dependent longitudinal magnetophonon resonance

TL;DR: In this paper, the stress dependence of the amplitude and position of the magnetophonon extrema of n -Si was employed to distinguish the f - and g -type intervalley scattering series.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effet Shubnikov-de Haas dans InP

TL;DR: Resume La masse effective dans InP degenere est mesuree a partir des oscillations de Shubnikov-de Haas de la magnetoresistance transverse.
Journal ArticleDOI

Shubnikov‐de Haas Effect in the Longitudinal Magnetoresistance of p‐Type Germanium

TL;DR: Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations in the longitudinal magnetoresistance of heavily-doped p-type germanium (p ≈ 3.9 × 1018 cm−3) are observed for H parallel to 〈100〉, 》110〉 and〈111〉.
