TRAIL induces necroptosis involving RIPK1/RIPK3-dependent PARP-1 activation.
S. Jouan-Lanhouet,Muhammad Imran Arshad,Muhammad Imran Arshad,Claire Piquet-Pellorce,Claire Piquet-Pellorce,Corinne Martin-Chouly,Corinne Martin-Chouly,G Le Moigne-Muller,G Le Moigne-Muller,F Van Herreweghe,Nozomi Takahashi,Odile Sergent,Odile Sergent,Dominique Lagadic-Gossmann,Dominique Lagadic-Gossmann,Peter Vandenabeele,Michel Samson,Michel Samson,M-T Dimanche-Boitrel,M-T Dimanche-Boitrel +19 more
TL;DR: Investigation of the role of RIPK1, RIPK3 and PARP-1 in TRAIL-induced necroptosis in vitro and in concanavalin A-induced murine hepatitis suggests that pharmacological inhibitors ofRIPKs and PARp-1 could be new treatment options for immune-mediated hepatitis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cisplatin-induced apoptosis involves a Fas-ROCK-ezrin-dependent actin remodelling in human colon cancer cells
Amélie Rébillard,S. Jouan-Lanhouet,Elodie Jouan,Patrick Legembre,Mathieu Pizon,Odile Sergent,David Gilot,Xavier Tekpli,Dominique Lagadic-Gossmann,Marie-Thérèse Dimanche-Boitrel +9 more
TL;DR: Findings show for the first time that phosphorylation of ezrin by ROCK via Fas receptor is involved in the early steps of cisplatin-induced apoptosis.
Journal ArticleDOI
The chemical inhibitors of cellular death, PJ34 and Necrostatin-1, down-regulate IL-33 expression in liver
Muhammad Imran Arshad,Claire Piquet-Pellorce,Claire Piquet-Pellorce,Aveline Filliol,Aveline Filliol,Annie L'Helgoualc'h,Annie L'Helgoualc'h,Catherine Lucas-Clerc,S. Jouan-Lanhouet,Marie-Thérèse Dimanche-Boitrel,Marie-Thérèse Dimanche-Boitrel,Michel Samson,Michel Samson +12 more
TL;DR: Necroptosis inhibitors can protect mice against liver injury induced by ConA or Poly(I:C) and Nec-1/PJ34 down-regulated hepatocyte-specific IL-33 expression in the liver in vivo or in hepatic stellate cells in vitro, suggesting IL- 33 as a possible readout of necroptosis-involved liver pathologies.
