Journal ArticleDOI

Padina boryana mediated green synthesis of crystalline palladium nanoparticles as potential nanodrug against multidrug resistant bacteria and cancer cells.

TL;DR: In this paper, a brown alga Padina boryana (PB-extract) was used to extract nano-specific features of palladium nanoparticles (Pd-NPs) for clinical treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI

Histopathological studies of experimental Aeromonas hydrophila infection in blue tilapia, Oreochromis aureus.

TL;DR: Blue tilapia was experimentally infected with Aeromonas hydrophila, a bacterium that damages the gills, liver, and intestine, resulting in histopathological changes in the infected organs, showing an aggregation of hemocytes with cell necrosis in gills; a massive aggregation of Hemocytes and pyknotic nuclei in the hepatopancreas; and a lower rate of hemocyte aggregation in the digestive system of the infected fish.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of Biosynthesized ZnO Nanoparticles on Multi-Drug Resistant Pseudomonas Aeruginosa

TL;DR: The present study focuses on the biosynthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) using the seed extract of Butea monsoperma and their effect on to the quorum-mediated virulence factors of multidrug-resistant clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa at sub minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC).
