TL;DR: The presence of thick cisternal or sylvian clot on admission omputed tomography (CT) is associated with the development of vasospasm and modifications of this scale over the years have dentified the presence of bilateral intraventricular hemorrhage as an independent risk factor for delayed cerebral ischemia.
