TL;DR: This study failed to substantiate a clear inverse relationship between fish and n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid intake and postpartum depression, but there was an inverted J-shaped relationship between intake of n- 3 polyuns saturated fatty acids and docosahexaenoic acid and the risk of post partum depression.

TL;DR: Maternal intake of α-linolenic acid and docosahexaenoic acid during pregnancy may be preventive against infantile wheeze and n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic acid, duringregnancy may increase the risk of childhood eczema.
