TL;DR: In this article, real-time monitoring of hourly atmospheric radon (Rn-222) concentration was performed at Gosan station, Jeju Island, one of the least polluted regions in Korea, in order to characterize the background levels, and temporal variations on diurnal to seasonal time-scales.

TL;DR: A comprehensive analysis was made to characterize the long-term changes in concentration of seven key heavy metal species (iron (Fe), copper (Cu), lead (Pb), manganese (Mn), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), and cadmium (Cd)) bound to total suspended particles (TSP) in Seoul, Korea, from 1998 to 2010 as discussed by the authors.
