Oxidatively Induced Reductive Elimination: Exploring the Scope and Catalyst Systems with Ir, Rh, and Ru Complexes
TL;DR: This work has explored the substrate scope, catalyst systems, and oxidation tools to prove that the oxidatively induced reductive elimination ( ORE) plays a critical role in the product-releasing C-C bond formation, and demonstrated that ORE broadly operates with a series of half-sandwich d6 Ir(III)-, Rh( III)-, and Ru(II)-aryl complexes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cobalt-Catalyzed Intermolecular C-H Amidation of Unactivated Alkanes.
TL;DR: A tailored Cp*Co(III)(LX)-catalyzed efficient and site-selective intermolecular amidation of unactivated hydrocarbons including light alkanes is reported, which theoretically rationalized by the FMO analysis of presupposed cobalt nitrenoid species.

Electrolytic C‒H Oxygenation via Oxidatively Induced Reductive Elimination in Rh Catalysis

Synthesis and Properties of Poly(2-ethynyl-N-propargylpyridinium bromide)
Yong Sun Gal,Won Cheol Lee,Tae Rong Gwi,Sang Seop Lee,Jang Sun Bae,Bong Sik Kim,Sang Hui Jang,Seongho Jin +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, a conjugated polymer, poly(2-ethynyl-N-propargylpyridinium bromide), was prepared by cyclopolymerization of 2-thynyl n-propagyl pyridine moiety using various transition metal catalysts, or by thermal methods without adding catalyst.
