Journal ArticleDOI

Evidence for topological behavior in superconducting Cu x ZrTe 2 -y

TL;DR: In this article, structural, magnetic, electrical, thermal transport, Hall coefficient, and pressure-dependent resistivity measurements were performed on compounds with values between 0.05, 0.15, and 0.3 GPa.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evidence of multiband behavior in the superconducting alloy Zr0.96V0.04B2

TL;DR: In this article, a nonsuperconducting Pauli paramagnetic crystallizing in the AlB${}_{2}$ structure has been shown to have superconductivity with critical temperature reaching a maximum of 8.7 K for Zr${}{0.96}$V${}_0.04}$B{}_2} near the solid solubility limit.
Journal ArticleDOI

Critical current density and flux pinning in Zr0.96V0.04B2 superconductor with AlB2 structure

TL;DR: In this paper, the critical current density (Jc) and the flux pinning behavior in Zr0.96V0.04B2 superconductor with an AlB2 structure were investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Superconductivity in the Th0.93Zr0.07B12 compound with UB12 prototype structure

TL;DR: In this article, the superconductivity at 5.5 K in the new pseudo-ternary Th0.93Zr0.07B12 compound was reported and it was shown that appropriate amounts of Zr substitution at the Th site induce the stabilization of the UB12 prototype structure at ambient pressure.
Journal ArticleDOI

Study of the superconducting properties of the new intermetallic compound Zr1-xNbxB2

TL;DR: In this paper, a superconducting transition was observed for all x values studied, despite the non-superconducting matrix ZrB2, which indicates that the superconding state is induced by the presence of Nb.
