Curcumin regulates the homeostasis of Th17/Treg and improves the composition of gut microbiota in type 2 diabetic mice with colitis
Qiuping Xiao,Youbao Zhong,Zeng-Ping Kang,Jia-Qi Huang,Weiyan Fang,Si-Yi Wei,Jian-fei Long,Shanshan Li,Hai-Mei Zhao,Duan-Yong Liu +9 more
TL;DR: Collectively, curcumin effectively alleviated colitis in mice with type 2 diabetes mellitus by restoring the homeostasis of Th17/Treg and improving the composition of the intestinal microbiota.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nitrogen-containing three-dimensional biomass porous carbon materials as an efficient enzymatic biosensing platform for glucose sensing
Baixi Shan,Yanhua Ji,Youbao Zhong,Lai Chen,Shanshan Li,Jie Zhang,Liling Chen,Xuan Liu,Yuan Chen,Nan Yan,Yonggui Song +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an integrated 3D-CVS electrode was fabricated by loading glucose oxidase (GOD) molecule onto a whole piece of 3D CVS electrode for a glucose biosensor, which exhibited high selectivity, good repeatability and nice stability.
Journal ArticleDOI
In Vivo Toxicity of Solasonine and Its Effects on cyp450 Family Gene Expression in the Livers of Male Mice from Four Strains.
TL;DR: Solasonine has hepatic toxicity and downregulates cyp450 genes expression at transcriptional and/or post-transcriptional levels; genetic background is an important factor which can affect the in vivo toxicity; downregulation of cyp 450 gene expression in the liver may be a clue to help understand whether or not a given strain is sensitive to solasonine.
Journal ArticleDOI
Sunitinib malate inhibits intestinal tumor development in male ApcMin/+ mice by down-regulating inflammation-related factors with suppressing β-cateinin/c-Myc pathway and re-balancing Bcl-6 and Caspase-3.
TL;DR: Results suggest that sunitinib malate can significantly improve the survival status and inhibit intestinal tumor development in male ApcMin/+ mice, through inhibiting inflammation-related factors, while suppressing β-cateinin/c-Myc pathway and re-balancing protein levels of Bcl-6 and Caspase-3.
Journal ArticleDOI
Bupi Yichang Pill alleviates dextran sulfate sodium-induced ulcerative colitis in mice by regulating the homeostasis of follicular helper T cells.
Youbao Zhong,Qiuping Xiao,Shanshan Li,Liling Chen,Jian-fei Long,Weiyan Fang,Feihao Yu,Jia-Qi Huang,Hai-Mei Zhao,Duan-Yong Liu +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the effects of Bupi Yichang Pill (BPYCP) on DSS-induced clinical symptoms and disease activity index (DAI) were monitored and analyzed.
