Enhanced UV detection by transparent graphene oxide/ZnO composite thin films

TL;DR: In this article, a solution processed transparent thin films of graphene oxide (GO) and zinc oxide (ZnO) in different compositions prepared by a simple two-step chemical synthesis method have been studied for their UV detection properties.
Journal ArticleDOI

pH-Triggered construction of NLO active CMOFs: change in supramolecular assembly, water clusters, helical architectures and their properties

TL;DR: In this article, two chiral metal-organic frameworks (CMOF) have been synthesized with an alteration in the pH of the reaction media, and they have been shown to exhibit solid-state blue luminescence at room temperature and nonlinear optical (NLO) activity.
Journal ArticleDOI

A supramolecular spin crossover Fe(III) complex and its Cr(III) isomer: stabilization of water-chloride cluster within supramolecular host.

TL;DR: The single crystal X-ray studies of both complexes show that the supramolecular hosts, constructed by the discrete mononuclear complexes, form supramolescular channels along the c-axis which are filled up by water-chloride clusters.
Journal ArticleDOI

Schottky enabled enhanced UV detection by graphene oxide composited transparent ZnO thin films

TL;DR: In this paper, a transparent composite film of graphene oxide (GO) and zinc oxide (ZnO) was constructed by all-solution process and the nonlinear current-voltage characteristics at room temperature resemble Schottky barrier junction formation between ZnO-GO film surface and Ag dot.
