TL;DR: The results showed that the primary and secondary structure of the root and stem and the leaf structure of Polygonum multiflorum root, stem, leaf and root tuber is similar to dicotyledon.

TL;DR: The results indicate: the content of stilbene glucoside in the root tuber is the highest, then the old root and old stem, but it is very low in the young parts of vegetative organs and generative organ.
