TL;DR: CD44R1 is an excellent molecular target for mAb therapy of cancer, possibly superior to molecules targeted by existing therapeutic mAb, such as Trastuzumab and Cetuximab recognizing human epidermal growth factor receptor family.

Atypical small GTPase RABL3 interacts with RAB11 to regulate early ciliogenesis in human cells
TL;DR: It is found that the atypical small GTPase RAB-Like 3 (RABL3) is necessary to assemble primary cilia in human cells and suggests that RABL3 plays an important role, in cooperation with RAB11, in CV formation during early ciliogenesis.
