New and Effective Aerobic Oxygenation of Olefins Catalyzed by Transition‐Metal Complexes

TL;DR: In this article, the authors described new and effective aerobic oxygenation reactions of olefins catalyzed by transition-metal complexes using an atmospheric pressure of molecular oxygen and secondary alcohols.
Journal ArticleDOI

Facile conversion of thiolesters into thiols using cysteamine

TL;DR: It has been found that thiols having functional groups susceptible to hydrolysis and reduction such as acylurea and nitro groups are readily prepared in high yields by simply treating the corresponding thiolesters with cysteamine in acetonitrile at 65°C for 10-40 min this article.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Evaluation of Catalysts Generated from Lewis Acids and Silver Perchlorate in a Highly Stereoselective Glycosylation of 1‐O‐Acetyl‐D‐ glucose.

TL;DR: In this paper, a catalytic cycle was used in highly stereoselective glycosylation of 1-O-acetyl-D-glucose by using active species generated from respective combinations of Lewis acids (SnCl4, GeCl4 and HfCl4) and silver perchlorate.
Journal ArticleDOI

Stannous triflate: a facile cross-aldol reaction between two ketones via divalent tin enolates

TL;DR: In this article, the tin enolates, formed from stannous triflate and ketones, react with a second ketone under mild conditions to afford the corresponding cross-aldol products in good to excellent yields.
