TL;DR: In this article, a radio relay system is described that is capable of preventing communication degradation in a case where radio signals are relayed using the same frequency band in a mobile communication environment.
Abstract: A radio relay system is disclosed that is capable of preventing communication degradation in a case where radio signals are relayed using the same frequency band in a mobile communication environment. The radio relay system includes a first radio station, a second radio station, and a radio relay apparatus for relaying a radio signal that is exchanged between the first radio station and the second radio station. The radio relay apparatus includes a phase correction determining unit that determines a phase correction amount of the relayed signal based on channel information pertaining to channels established between the first radio station, the second radio station, and the radio relay apparatus, and a phase correction unit that corrects the relayed signal based on the phase correction amount determined by the phase correction determining unit.

TL;DR: In this paper, the scalability of a capacitor-less 1T-DRAM was reported and a new concept about extending the use of 1T DRAM to gate lengths of less than 50 nm was proposed.
Abstract: This letter reports the scalability of a capacitor-less 1T-DRAM, and proposes a new concept about extending the use of 1T-DRAM to gate lengths of less than 50 nm. Superior characteristics such as long retention time and large sense margin even for gate lengths around 50 nm can be obtained with a double-gate fully depleted FinFET DRAM. Considering capacity, speed, power, and structural complexity of embedded memory, the capacitor-less 1T-DRAM has the possibility of playing the leading role among other memories.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors describe the integration of a 45-nm node CMOS for low operation power (LOP) application, where the SD extension profile along with a strain channel and a thin-gate SiON were optimized to keep high drive current at the 45nm node, and a novel STI structure was developed to reduce the SRAM cell size.
Abstract: We describe the integration of a 45-nm node CMOS for low operation power (LOP) application The SD extension profile along with a strain channel and a thin-gate-SiON were optimized to keep high drive current at the 45-nm node A novel STI structure was developed to reduce the SRAM cell size Nano-clustering silica (NCS) without a middle-etch stopper (MES) was also developed to decrease the wire capacitance As a result, we achieved an excellent LOP device operation with conventional processing, and we produced a 50% smaller SRAM cell-size as compared to the 65-nm node

TL;DR: In this paper, a storage element matrix is provided with an isolated semiconductor region on an insulating supporting substrate; the storage element formed in the semiconductor regions; and an insulator region for insulating the storage elements.
Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide a storage element matrix wherein 1T-DRAM storage elements which have high density but do not cause multiselection are laid, a method for manufacturing such storage element matrix, and a semiconductor circuit device using such storage element matrix. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The storage element matrix is provided with an isolated semiconductor region on an insulating supporting substrate; the storage element formed in the semiconductor region; and an insulating region for insulating the storage element. The storage element is provided with a source region; a drain region; a front plane gate region arranged on a side plane of the semiconductor region through a gate insulating film so as to separate the source region from the drain region; and a rear plane gate region arranged on a side plane facing the side plane of the semiconductor region through a gate insulating film so as to separate the source region from the drain region. The storage element shares the rear plane gate region with a storage element adjacent in a row direction.
