Music Source Separation With Band-Split RNN
Yi Luo,Tianwei Yu +1 more
TL;DR: BSRNN is proposed, a frequency-domain model that explictly splits the spectrogram of the mixture into subbands and perform interleaved band-level and sequence-level modeling and describes a semi-supervised model netuning pipeline that can further improve the performance of the model.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dimension reduction and mixed-effects model for microarray meta-analysis of cancer.
TL;DR: A visualization scheme for merging the array data from different array platforms was proposed to qualitatively judge the degree of agreement between datasets and a mixed-effects model was applied to identify differentially expressed genes from the merged array data.
Journal ArticleDOI
Strong TH1-biased CD4 T cell responses are associated with diminished SIV vaccine efficacy.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that high and persisting frequencies of HIV vaccine–induced TH1-biased CD4 T cells in the intestinal and genital mucosa can mitigate beneficial effects of protective antibodies and CD8 T cells, highlighting a critical role of priming immunization and vaccine adjuvants in modulating HIV vaccine efficacy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Missing value imputation for LC-MS metabolomics data by incorporating metabolic network and adduct ion relations
Zhuxuan Jin,Jian Kang,Tianwei Yu +2 more
TL;DR: An imputation algorithm that incorporates the existing metabolic network, adduct ion relations even for unknown compounds, as well as linear and nonlinear associations between feature intensities to build a feature-level network is proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI
An exploratory data analysis method to reveal modular latent structures in high-throughput data
TL;DR: An exploratory data analysis method named MLSA (Modular Latent Structure Analysis) is presented, which can find co-regulative modules that involve non-coexpressive genes and performed very well on data generated from sparse global latent factor models.
