Investigations on Binary Mixtures of Propan-2-ol with Methyl Benzoate and Ethyl Benzoate

TL;DR: In this paper, the molecular interactions between the polar systems propan-2-ol with alkyl benzoates were studied by determining the dielectric permittivity using a LF impedance analyzer and Abbe's refractometer in the static and optical frequency regions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dielectric, Thermodynamic, and Computational Studies of Hydrogen Bonded Binary Mixtures of N-Methylaniline with Propan-1-ol and Isopropyl Alcohol

TL;DR: In this paper, the molecular interactions between the polar systems N-methylaniline with alcohols, propan-1-ol, and isopropyl alcohol for various mole fractions at different temperatures are studied by determining the dielectric permittivity using LF impedance analyzer, microwave bench, and Abbe's refractometer in radio, microwave, and optic frequency regions, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dielectric relaxation in some polyacrylate solutions

TL;DR: In this article, the dielectric constant ϵ′ and loss factor ϵ″ of poly(butyl acrylate), poly (butyl methacrylate) and poly(isobutyl metha-carylate) solutions are reported in the frequency region of 1 kHz to 24.42 GHz at four different temperatures of 27, 40, 50, and 60°C.
Journal ArticleDOI

Polarizabilities and susceptibilities of nematic azoxybenzenes

TL;DR: In this paper, the mean polarizabilities of homologous series of nematic liquid crystals of p,p'-di-n -alkyl azoxybenzenes were evaluated by using a modified Lippincott-δ-function potential model.
Journal ArticleDOI

Conformational and dielectric analysis of hydrogen bonded polar binary mixtures of propan-1-ol with isopropyl amine

TL;DR: The dielectric behavior of the polar liquids like propan-1-ol, isopropyl amine and their equimolar binary mixture in nonpolar solvent benzene is studied in the microwave frequency range using the cavity perturbation technique at 6.218 GHz (J band), 9.880 GHz (X band), 16.331 GHz (P band) and 24.951 GHz (K band) as discussed by the authors.
