Evaluation of the developmental toxicity of linalool in rats.
Valerie T. Politano,Elise M. Lewis,Alan M. Hoberman,Mildred S. Christian,Robert M. Diener,A.M. Api +5 more
TL;DR: It is concluded that linalool is not a developmental toxicant in rats at maternal doses of up to 1000 mg/kg/day, whereas the developmental NOAEL is ≥ 1000 mg/, which is significantly higher than vehicle control values during the postdosage period.
