TL;DR: For patients with standard indications for ICD therapy, no indication for cardiac pacing, and an LVEF of 40% or less, dual-chamber pacing offers no clinical advantage over ventricular backup pacing and may be detrimental by increasing the combined end point of death or hospitalization for heart failure.

TL;DR: Radiofrequency ablation of the slow AV pathway is highly effective and is associated with low rate of complications, and the late development of complete AV block in another patient after fast pathway ablation.

TL;DR: In this paper, 27 consecutive patients with VAs originating from the left ventricle (LV) summit were studied, and the authors found that the most superior portion of the epicardial LV bounded by an arc from left anterior descending coronary artery, superior to the first septal perforating branch to the left circumflex coronary artery may present challenges for catheter ablation.
