Journal ArticleDOI

Validation of an analytical method for analysis of cannabinoids in hair by headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-ion trap tandem mass spectrometry.

TL;DR: The optimized SPME method was applied in analysis of hair samples from Cannabis drug users, showing that CBN and CBD were present in all samples analyzed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Hollow fiber-based liquid phase microextraction with factorial design optimization and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for determination of cannabinoids in human hair

TL;DR: The method was successfully used to determine CBD, THC and CBN in hair samples from patients in a drug dependency rehabilitation center, confirming the suitability of the method for monitoring studies.
Journal ArticleDOI

Two-dimensional coordination polymer matrix for solid-phase extraction of pesticide residues from plant Cordia salicifolia.

TL;DR: Comparison between infinity[Gd(DPA)(HDPA)] sorbent and conventional sorbent showed similar performance of infinity[Dpa)( HDPA)] polymeric sorbent for three (bifenthrin, tetradifon, and phosalone) out of six pesticides tested.
Journal ArticleDOI

Determination of six pesticides in the medicinal herb Cordia salicifolia by matrix solid-phase dispersion and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.

TL;DR: A simple and effective extraction method based on matrix solid-phase dispersion was developed for acephate, chlorpropham, pyrimicarb, bifenthrin, tetradifon, and phosalone in leaves of the medicinal plant Cordia salicifolia, whose extracts are commercialized in Brazil as diuretic, appetite suppressant, and weight loss products.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tropical peat as a versatile material for solid-phase extraction of pesticides from medicinal plant Cordia salicifolia

TL;DR: In this paper, a solid-phase extraction of acephate, chlorpropham, pirimicarb, bifenthrin, tetradifon and phosalone from the medicinal plant Cordia salicifolia, using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with selected ion monitoring (GC/MS, SIM).
