Journal ArticleDOI

Highly sensitive and flexible pressure sensor based on two-dimensional MoSe2 nanosheets for online wrist pulse monitoring.

TL;DR: An easy, cost-effective and optimized fabrication technique for production of pressure sensors based on MoSe2 nanosheets coated on cellulose paper that shows excellent environmental stability and exhibits immune piezo-resistive response to temperature variation is implemented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Large area, broadband and highly sensitive photodetector based on ZnO-WS2/Si heterojunction

TL;DR: In this article, a WZO/Si photodiode exhibits current rectifying behaviour (with rectification ratio 155 at 15 V), self-powered photodetection, improved photoresponsivity and detectivity in broad in spectral range 390-1080nm and higher electrical stability in dark and under illumination.
Journal ArticleDOI

Solution-Processed Uniform MoSe2–WSe2 Heterojunction Thin Film on Silicon Substrate for Superior and Tunable Photodetection

TL;DR: In this paper, a 2D transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC)-based heterostructures are proposed for high-performance optoelectronic devices, which are low-cost, large-area, and high-quality fabrication process.
Journal ArticleDOI

Flexible piezo-resistive pressure sensor based on conducting PANI on paper substrate

TL;DR: In this paper, a piezo resistive wearable pressure sensor using Polyaniline (PANI) incorporated with cellulose paper (CP) substrate is presented, which is prepared by coating the sensing material on the paper using simple dip coating method.
